Shipping & Delivery

We provide domestic shipping within the United Arab Emirates only. All orders are delivered using trusted local courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all Emirates and serviceable areas within the UAE, including but not limited to:

Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain, and Al Ain.

Remote or restricted locations may require additional delivery time.

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

• Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

• Express Delivery (if available): 1–2 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or force majeure events.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Free shipping may be offered on selected products, order values, or promotional campaigns.

No additional or hidden charges apply beyond what is shown at checkout.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Cash on Delivery is available for selected locations within the UAE.

• Customers must provide the exact payable amount at the time of delivery.

• COD availability may vary depending on product type or order value.

6. Delivery Attempts

• Couriers will make up to two delivery attempts.

• If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or unreachable contact number, re-delivery fees may apply.

• Orders returned to us due to failed delivery may be cancelled or rescheduled at the customer’s expense.

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including building name, apartment/villa number, and a reachable contact number.

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

8. Order Tracking

Once shipped, customers may receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, depending on the courier service used.

9. Delivery Condition & Inspection

• Orders must be inspected at the time of delivery.

• If packaging appears damaged or tampered with, please inform the courier immediately and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
